A BIT MORE ABOUT US
Firstly, thank you for caring about who we are - just like we care about who you are!
We are a small team, dedicated to promoting men's mental health and well-being. Just like everyone else, we believe that mental health is a vital aspect of overall wellness.
However, we focus specifically on supporting men and helping them navigate challenges to get back to a place where they can thrive and be their best selves. We know that sometimes you don’t always want or need to speak to a doctor or a therapist about issues you may be experiencing - you just want practical solutions.
Our mission is to provide resources, guidance, and a supportive community to assist men in achieving their mental health goals and getting back to where they want to be. We will promote positivity and a change in mentality, which will ultimately lead to better thoughts, and therefore a better life.

WHAT'S WITH THE SPARTAN HELMET?
We’re not here to turn you into Warriors, Special Forces soldiers, ‘Alphas’, or anything else like that. Of course, if that’s what you later wish to do, then that’s great - go for it!
So you may be wondering why we chose a Spartan helmet and a distressed font...
Well, there are three main reasons behind our logo design:
Strength and resilience: The Spartan helmet is often associated with qualities like strength, courage, and resilience. It can serve as a reminder that facing mental health challenges requires these qualities. In addition, it is a visual representation that millions of men go through their own battles, often with little or no support.
Inner struggles: The distressed text highlights the inner turmoil and challenges that individuals may face when dealing with mental health issues - which, if left alone, can wear a person down over time.
Masking emotions: The helmet symbolises the idea of masking one's emotions or putting on a brave face while dealing with mental health issues. This can be a common experience for many men who feel societal pressure to appear strong and stoic.
So there you have it.
One iconic symbol can mean many different things - not just a symbol for war!
